Stephron is a professional basketball coach. He has worked for the Greenhouse Project, which is a coaching project through which he visited various schools in London to coach basketball. He also he coaches London Lions, juniors and Young Blood juniors. The Young Blood juniors reached under 16s England finals. Stephron is currently a sports teacher/basketball coach for the Riverside School in Dagenham.
